Gesture and People Sketching

I prefer sketching buildings over people but I was inspired by the challenge to sketch 100 people in one week. I tried to give this challenge a good try and even though I didn’t get anywhere near 100 people, I developed an interest for capturing people and gestures. Suddenly, watching people took on a new meaning and someone would capture my interest to sketch them. At waiting rooms, in the park, karate class, on the train, in the museum and even my mum when she was drinking tea – it is addictive!

    1. Thank you Carmel 🙂 your workshop looked super amazing too. Loving your building sketches too – I can see so much growth since Liz Steel’s course (I need to compete it still!) 🙂
